Get Your Pride on at the Philadelphia Pride Parade 2018
There’s nothing like a parade, and the Philadelphia Pride Parade 2018 promises to be an event worth attending.
This is not just any pride parade — it’s the 30th anniversary of one of the premier parades in the nation and one of the most fun things to do in Philadelphia.
Wave Your (Rainbow) Flag at the Philadelphia Pride Parade 2018
The parade commences in the “Gayborhood” of City Center — the Washington West area.
There’ll be a kick-off party the night before at 12th and Locust featuring food, fun, and all the friends you can imagine.
You’ll also be able to snag a discounted wristband the Saturday’s events. Grab ‘em quick — it’s the only chance you’ll get to score a discount.
On Saturday, head to 13th and Locust for the commencement of the parade and don’t forget to stop at the performance points along the way for some outstanding entertainment.
Previous entertainers have included Margaret Cho, Kris Weaver, Steve Cohen, and Sophia Ramos, so there’s bound to be someone fabulous in the crowd.
